Located in the south-west of France, and more exactly in the Midi-Pyrénées region, the estate benefits from an advantageous climate that passes between the oceanic and Mediterranean influences.
It offers moderate winters and most of the precipitation but also hot summers.

Moreover, the estate is located in the town of Penne on the banks of the Gorges de l'Aveyron and in the heart of the forest of Grésigne.
The preponderance of oaks makes La Grésigne the largest oak grove in the south of France. the weakness of the human occupation allows the forest to shelter a fauna rich in deer (deer, roe deer), wild boar, small carnivorous mammals, as well as more than one hundred species of breeding birds (booted eagle, pigeon , kestrel, barn owl, eagle owl, chickadee, ...).

The estate is a large prestigious property comprising 85 hectares in one piece.
The houses are grouped at the top of one of its hills.
